Precautions
- People with hyperparathyroidism or chronic kidney disease should only take Calcium supplements under medical supervision. Calcium supplementation is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia.
- Those with sarcoidosis should not take Vitamin D without consulting a physician.
- Vitamin K2 is not to be taken by those on blood thinning medication.
- If taking prescription medication, or if in doubt, consult your Healthcare Professional.

We aim to have all orders delivered to you as quickly as possible - We use 100% compostable courier bags and recyclable packaging materials to protect your products during transit.
Australia
We offer three shipping options for our Australian customers, all with full track and trace. Delivery is available to rural addresses and PO Boxes.

New Zealand
We offer FREE track and trace delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, we only charge $5.90 for courier delivery to anywhere in NZ. This includes RD addresses and PO Boxes.
Delivery time usually takes 1-2 working days. - Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries. Our estimate for these is 2-3 working days.
