Adults : Mix 1 level teaspoon (3 g) of powder into at least 8 oz. (approx. 240 mL) of cold water or clear liquid. Stir while adding the powder. Take once daily with a meal.
Note: Magnesium citrate powder may increase the temperature of liquids upon contact. Always mix into a sufficient volume of cold liquid before consuming.
